    Description

    A very nice super premium Stanley No 813G, 12 inch sweep Bit Brace with ball bearing chuck and universal jaws. The 813 brace by Stanley was called the "Gentlemens" brace in their advertisements. The 813G like this brace, is much more uncommon and is typically valued much higher, I believe the G designation stands for Government.   This Brace handles traditional tapered auger bits as well as the more modern round shank bits. Tested and lubricated and all the old grease gunk removed,  the brace looks and works great.
    Exceptional condition, collectible user.
